John Sebald

John Sebald founded Santorini Homes, Inc. in 2001, after five years of working for Doug Sandahl of Montecito Homes, Inc.    John has raised the bar in regard to the level of quality and attention to detail and uniting the indoors with the outdoors. John focuses on building luxury homes in established and sought after neighborhoods. John's main focus is Paradise Valley and Arcadia. These areas provide large lots, distinctive neighborhoods, terrific schools, and easy access to local amenities of shopping and entertainment. Most importantly, these neighborhoods are conducive to the "Family" lifestyle that John cherishes and strives to implement into all of his properties.

John was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. He attended Brophy College Preparatory, and graduated from The University of Arizona in 1996 with a degree in Real Estate Development and Business. John started working with Doug Sandahl, successful homebuilder, while in college until John started his own company in 2001.

John Spent all his time learning and preparing himself for a career of building custom homes which had always been a passion of his. John and his family currently reside in Arcadia. Living in the area that he is currently building homes, gives John tremendous perspective on the way he believes homes should be built, and how properties should be developed. “I want to maintain the atmosphere of family homes. I look at each home as if it were a home I would build for my family. Luxury, function and practicality is what I strive to provide.”
