John Sebald

John Sebald founded Santorini Homes, Inc. in 2001, after several years of experience in property acquisitions, entitlement, and custom home building. John has continued to raise the bar in regard to the level of quality and attention to detail. John has focused on building luxury homes in established and sought after neighborhoods. These areas provide large lots, terrific schools, family living, and easy access to local amenities such as shopping and entertainment. Most importantly, these neighborhoods are conducive to the lifestyle that John cherishes and strives to implement into all of his properties.

John was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. He graduated from Brophy College Preparatory in 1992, and then from from The University of Arizona in 1996 with a degree in Real Estate Development and Business. Immediately upon graduation, John began working with a successful homebuilder. This opened the door for John to start his own business, Santorini Homes, Inc., in 2001.

Having been a native to Phoenix gives John tremendous perspective on the way he believes homes should be built, and how properties should be developed. “I want to maintain the core purpose of a home. I focus on family living, and building a place where memories will be created and shared. I look at each home I build as if it were a home that I would be for my family. Luxury, function, and practicality is what I strive to provide.”
